About this workshop -

It is Dia’s mission through wellwellwell Nutrition to create a safe space for you to explore healthy eating options and wellness practices without judgment or pressure. This 90-minute workshop, Holistic Nutrition Practices for Yoginis and Yogis, brings accessible food strategies to the table that are simple and impactful. During this time you will learn why “eating the rainbow” is the key to a long, healthful life and how to apply that principle to snacking and building a healthy plate at each meal through discussion and hands-on group activities. Deepen your relationship with your body through these holistic nutrition practices, meant to provide you with energy throughout class and support your overall health and wellness for your lifetime!
