Hi, I’m Dia!
I am a certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach and professional dancer, dedicated to showing you there is a way to be healthy and mindful of your food choices without becoming diet obsessed.
After years of food confusion and feeling bad about my body because it didn’t look like all the “healthy” bodies around me, I decided to learn for myself what balanced nutrition looks and more importantly, FEELS like. Now, I don’t count calories and I finally broke up with my scale. I do listen to my body and support it with lots of hydration, colorful meals, and love and acceptance. And I’ve never been happier or more comfortable.
I want to help you rewrite your own nutrition story (you know, the one you tell your self over and over again anytime you think about food and start to panic) and navigate your health with comfort and confidence!
