As a culture, we constantly yo-yo between massively restricted diets, followed by guilt-filled binges, leaving our mental and physical health in a constant state of “WTF is happening to me?”

I am proposing that we leave all that craziness behind (because it is craziness) and start exploring a happier middle ground. Here are 3 great starter steps that changed my entire life (I’m not kidding) from one of mindless indulgence and the occasional accidental healthy choice, to a life of confidence around food, intentional health choices, and a total love-fest with colorful fruits and veggies.
